Former SAG pension professional claims embezzlement

A ignored executive from the Screen Stars Guild - Producers Pension and Health plans has filed a complaint with the us government saying he was ended for serving as a whistleblower about alleged embezzlement in the fund.The board of trustees from the plans -- that are operated individually from SAG -- has refused the accusations and maintained outdoors counsel to examine the problem.Todd E. Simmons alleged inside a complaint filed now using the U.S. Department at work he was fired in March due by leader Bruce Dow because of Simmons' refusal to mislead board trustees and government researchers about embezzlement through the plans' former chief information officer, Nader Karimi.Simmons also alleged within the complaint that Dow along with other professionals have took part in kickbacks and used insider information for purchases of stock and money for his or her personal benefit.''Unfortunately, the Trustees have apparently selected to not act about the information presented to them despite strong proof of violations,'' Simmons stated within the complaint towards the Dept. at work. ''As an effect, I'm now seeking one more independent analysis into this troubling matter.''Simmons stated he earned accusations in March and August towards the SAG-PPHP board of trustees. The board released an argument Friday.''The Board of Trustees from the Screen Stars Guild-Producers Pension and Health Plans know about recent accusations produced by an old worker,'' the statement stated . ''We take these accusations very seriously and that we have maintained outdoors counsel to conduct a complete overview of the problem. Bruce Dow includes a nearly 30 yr unblemished record of running this organization and retains the entire support from the SAG-PPHP Board, once we believe these accusations are without merit.''
